Melodi Sofa Set

The three-seat sofa and its high-back wingback armchair set the rhythm of the room, their hand-carved frames finished in ebonized black lacquer and picked out with gold and silver leaf. Champagne and silver-grey jacquard covers the seats over button-tufted velvet, while satin bolsters and tasselled cushions layer along the arms and back. Between them, an oval marble-topped coffee table and a round side table rest on black-and-gold carved bases, and a large curved console runs the length of the wall to hold whatever the evening asks for.
